I was in the hospital when the motto/mantra came to me. It's "Speak UP; YOU ARE W.O.R.T.H.Y."! It just stuck within me. The W.O.R.T.H.Y stands for Willingness, Optimistic, Respectful, Trustworthy, Honesty, Yourself. I think toward the end of my time at the hospital this would really stick. Also, this could be the standard for getting help. We all can get help but these things have to kinda be in place for the help to stick and stay. Speak up portion; at the end of the day its every man/woman/thems for themselves. If you do not speak up to the people you care/love for they can not help. Mama always said "Closed mouths do not get fed," So SPEAK UP; YOU ARE W.O.R.T.H.Y!
